Duties

• Advise clients on statutory and regulatory changes affecting benefits and compensation.
• Collaborate with various practice areas including corporate, labor and employment, and ERISA litigation.
• Maintain frequent contact with clients' in-house attorneys and human resource professionals.

Requirements

• JD degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Minimum of four years of experience in benefits and compensation at a law firm or consulting firm.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and client service skills.
• Bar admission in the state of hire or eligibility for admission.
• Top academic credentials.
