A law firm seeks a Corporate M&A Associate Attorney with three to five years of experience to join its Corporate Finance Division in Denver, CO. Duties

• Lead or manage mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, and leveraged buyout transactions.
• Contribute to capital markets transactions.
• Advise on corporate governance matters and venture capital investment transactions.
• Assist with private offerings of equity and debt securities.
• Provide guidance on Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K filings and proxy statements.
• Collaborate with teams on dynamic, fast-paced transactions for national clients.

Requirements

• Active attorney license in Colorado or applicable jurisdiction.
• Three to five years of relevant experience in corporate law.
• Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Colorado or eligible for admission.
