Assistant Attorney General
The candidate will advocate for utility customers in proceedings before the Oklahoma Corporation Commission, with some practice before state courts and federal administrative agencies. Will be tasked with researching, evaluating, and presenting complex financial and legal information at trial and through briefing, including interfacing with non-attorney experts. Qualifications required: Must be a licensed attorney with 2 years’ experience in the practice of law with an emphasis on litigation and/or administrative hearings, including discovery, hearings, and preparing written legal briefs. Preference will be given to a prior background in economics, accounting, and/or finance.
