Duties

• Manage a docket of personal injury cases from complaint to resolution.
• Draft and argue motions in District and Circuit Courts.
• Conduct depositions of treating physicians and defense experts.
• Negotiate settlements at mediation and arbitration.
• Collaborate with a team of litigation paralegals and support staff.

Requirements

• Experience in personal injury litigation preferred.
• Strong negotiation and trial skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Maryland.
