Duties

• Represent Social Security Disability clients at all claim stages.
• Prepare clients for hearings and advocate before Administrative Law Judges.
• Manage an active caseload with support from experienced staff.
• Develop legal strategies and analyze medical and vocational evidence.
• Collaborate with a team focused on a unified mission.

Requirements

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school with a strong academic record.
• Licensed in at least one U.S. jurisdiction, or awaiting bar results.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Orlando, FL.
• Experience in moot court, mock trial, or clinical activities preferred.
• Exceptional communication and writing skills.
• Self-motivated and organized to manage a high-volume caseload.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.

Skills
