Legal Intern

The intern will research and synthesize statutes and relevant case law. Will identify pending legislation and emerging issues concerning sexual violence, intimate partner violence, stalking, and human trafficking. Compile and maintain sample trial motions, briefs, and transcripts. Assist in the development of resources for frontline prosecutors and allied professionals. Assist in writing and editing newsletters, monographs, and other national publications. Assist in organizing and hosting state specific and national training events on sexual violence, intimate partner violence, stalking, and human trafficking. Support firm’s Attorney Advisors as needed.
