Location:

• Warren, NJ

Duties:

• Represent clients in civil litigation, insurance defense, and municipal matters

• Handle all phases of litigation including discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation

• Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and briefs

• Appear in court for hearings, motions, trials, and municipal court proceedings

• Conduct legal research and prepare supporting memoranda

• Work collaboratively with legal teams on case strategy and client representation

• Maintain timely communication with clients and court personnel

Requirements:

• 1 to 5 years of experience in civil litigation, insurance defense, or municipal law

• Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills

• Ability to handle a varied caseload with professionalism and efficiency

• Must submit salary expectations and three professional references with application

• Bilingual ability is a plus

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admission to practice law in the State of New Jersey
