Senior Corporate Paralegal
The candidate will work under the direction of company’s Director of Legal Support and in close partnership with company’s General Counsel. Responsibilities will range from very basic to highly complex paralegal duties, including: Taking initiative improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization’s legal services; Providing administrative support to General Counsel and Director of Legal Support; Fulfilling requests for a wide array of contracts, insurance and legal correspondence; Organizing contracts, insurance policies and legal filings; Drafting employment, subcontractor and various other types of agreements; Contributing to the development of standard operating procedures related to purchasing and contracting with vendors.
