Real Estate Financing/Tax Credit Associate
The candidate must have 4-6 years of experience to join its growing Real Estate Finance practice. Must have experience in real estate finance or lending transactions representing financial institutions and/or developers. Experience is preferred in projects supported by Low Income Housing Tax Credits, Historic Tax Credits and New Market Tax Credits.
