Job Overview: A law firm is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Financial Services and Securities Enforcement Associate Attorney to join its team in Richmond, VA. Duties:

• Conduct legal research and analysis related to financial services and securities enforcement matters.
• Assist in drafting legal documents, including complaints, motions, briefs, and discovery requests.
• Participate in case strategy development and preparation for hearings, depositions, and trials.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on case management and client communication.
• Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and legal precedents affecting financial services and securities enforcement.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of litigation experience following a federal judicial clerkship.
• Experience with financial services and/or class action litigation preferred.
• Strong writing and research skills demonstrated through previous work or academic achievements.
• Excellent academic credentials from a reputable law school.
• Admission to the Virginia Bar.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
