Duties

• Manage components of transactions independently and collaboratively.
• Focus on GP stakes transactions within asset management M&A.
• Handle mergers and acquisitions, leveraged recapitalizations, and growth equity transactions.
• Engage in venture capital transactions and exits.
• Oversee equity compensation matters.
• Maintain strong client and counsel relationships.

Requirements

• Over three years of relevant experience in private equity and asset management M&A.
• Proactive with strong business acumen and communication skills.
• Ability to manage internal and external relationships effectively.
• Bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly in Philadelphia.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the resident office's location.
