Duties

• Prepare contracts, briefs, motions, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research.
• Prepare for, attend, and argue motions at hearings.
• Provide legal counsel to clients.
• Negotiate on behalf of clients.
• Maintain detailed and accurate client records.
• Supervise paralegals and administrative assistants.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in Nevada.
• Minimum of two years' experience in litigation.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in Nevada.
