Duties

• Advise on securities offerings and SEC reporting.
• Assist with mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance.
• Support senior attorneys in reorganizations and equity investments.
• Conduct legal research and prepare corporate minutes.
• Review and analyze public company reports for SEC filing.
• Handle international transactions and perform due diligence.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience with due diligence and agreement drafting.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese.
• Strong academic credentials.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) or foreign equivalent.

Certifications

• Bar admission in good standing.

Skills

• Exceptional legal, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with U.S. and non-U.S. legal issues.
