The candidate will be responsible for: M&A Transactions. Transactions involving Medical Practices, Surgical Centers, Pharmacies. Operating Agreements. Change of Ownership Filings. Professional Services Agreements. Governance Documents. Contract Drafting and Negotiation (Employment Agreements, Management Agreements). Direct Interaction with Clients. Requirements: Licensed to Practice in NJ and in Good Standing. Licensing in NY or Other States a Plus. 5+ Years’ Experience in Practicing Law required. Familiarity with Healthcare Laws and Regulations required. Superior Research and Writing Skills required. Familiarity with Law Firm Culture.
