Location:

Duties:

• Prepare pleadings, motions, and briefs with attention to detail.

• Conduct comprehensive legal research to support case strategies.

• Manage cases through all litigation stages, including depositions and trials.

• Communicate effectively with clients, courts, and opposing counsel.

• Collaborate with the legal team to ensure timely case progress.

• Develop client relationships and contribute to business development.

Requirements:

• 4-5 years of experience in commercial and personal injury litigation.

• Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.

• Proficiency in legal research and document drafting.

• Experience in trial preparation and courtroom proceedings.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania.

• New Jersey bar admission is a plus.
