• Communicate with clients, keeping them informed and supported throughout their case.
• Negotiate settlements and evaluate case value with senior attorneys.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar admission.
• 2-5 years of personal injury litigation experience (plaintiff-side preferred).
• Trial experience - hearings, motions, depositions, or verdicts preferred.
• Ability to manage a large caseload independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, in-office team environment.

Education

• J.D. from an accredited law school.

Certifications
