Duties

• Negotiate the resolution of pending litigation.
• Engage in motion practice and review and draft pleadings/discovery.
• Execute documents and perform duties related to a high-volume practice.
• Attend hearings and trials in the assigned regional area.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in Alabama.
• Demonstrated case analysis ability and proven settlement skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications and online research.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and interact professionally with staff and opposing counsel.

Education

• Graduate of an accredited institution by the American Bar Association (ABA) with a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Alabama.
