Requirements

• Active membership in the North Carolina Bar, in good standing.
• Minimum 3 years of personal injury trial experience, specifically in medical malpractice cases.
• Strong negotiation, oral advocacy, and courtroom presence.
• Commitment to client service and teamwork.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active North Carolina Bar license.
