Location

Duties

• Independently handle litigation matters

• Draft and review pleadings, discovery demands/responses, and legal motions

• Conduct and defend depositions

• Appear in court for motions, conferences, and trials

• Handle appeals

• Establish and manage a litigation department

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of litigation experience

• Prior legal experience in at least two of the following: commercial law, divorce, trademark, landlord-tenant, or labor law

• Ability to manage cases independently

• English fluency required

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) preferred for all roles

• Other related degrees may be considered for Legal Assistants / Law Clerks

Certifications

• Admission to the New York State Bar required for Associate Attorney
