Duties:

• Draft legal instruments, including:

  • Comprehensive estate plans

  • Advanced irrevocable trusts

  • Prenuptial agreements

  • Business formation and governance documents

  • Buy-sell agreements

• Handle estate and trust administration matters

• Conduct detailed legal research

• Provide advice on estate, gift, and income tax implications

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on wealth transfer strategies and planning structures

• Maintain and manage client relationships with a high level of professionalism and discretion

Requirements:

• 2 to 6 years of relevant experience in estate, tax, and business planning

• Proven ability to manage multiple client projects with precision and efficiency

• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational habits

• Demonstrated capacity to deliver clear, concise, and practical advice

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in Michigan (Bar admission required)
