The candidate's duties include: Assisting attorneys in drafting/preparation of correspondence and legal documents pertaining to Landlord/Tenant matters; Finalizing legal documents and file with Courts; Corresponding with clients, management companies, tenants and the Court via phone and email; Creating and maintaining client files; Monitoring and calendaring Court dates and deadlines. College Degree/Paralegal Certificate preferred – Willing to train the right candidate required. Excellent organizational skills, with strong attention to detail required. Strong math, written and verbal communication skills required. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Outlook, and Excel required. Able to multi-task and thrive in a busy environment required.
