Duties:

• Manage all phases of litigation, including pre-trial, trial, and appellate proceedings

• Draft and revise litigation documents such as motions, pleadings, and briefs

• Conduct legal research and prepare substantive memoranda

• Handle written discovery, document productions, and depositions

• Work closely with clients, expert witnesses, and co-counsel

• Participate in case evaluation, risk assessment, and strategy development

• Assist in preparing for and attending court hearings and trials

• Collaborate with colleagues on cross-functional litigation teams

Requirements:

• 4-8 years of litigation experience, preferably with exposure to insurance-related disputes

• Demonstrated ability to handle complex legal matters with minimal supervision

• Strong oral advocacy and written communication capabilities

• Direct experience working with clients, adversaries, and the judiciary

• Licensed and in good standing to practice law in the State of California

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited U.S. law school

Certifications:

• Active California Bar admission required
