Duties

• Lead and deepen the fund services practice.

• Represent investors in private investment funds.
• Guide clients through all stages of the fund life cycle.

Requirements

• 8+ years of fund formation experience.
• Experience at a national or international law firm.
• Superior academic credentials.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice law in New York.

Skills

• Strong leadership and client management skills.
• Expertise in the Securities Act, Exchange Act, Investment Company Act, and Investment Advisers Act.
