Duties

• Manage day-to-day caseload, including client communication and insurance claims.
• Handle litigation tasks, including depositions and trial preparation.
• Draft discovery responses and initial pleadings.
• Create medical billing summaries and evidence charts for trial.
• Schedule and follow up on Independent Medical Examinations (IMEs).
• Assist with case closure and lien finalization.

Requirements

• Two years of personal injury experience preferred, including roles as a law clerk.
• Active Kentucky Bar license in good standing.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Kentucky.

Skills

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with computers; Apple experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong problem-solving and listening skills.
