Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee complex insurance litigation cases from inception through resolution.

• Participate in settlement negotiations, mediations, and arbitrations related to insurance disputes.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the California State Bar and in good standing.
• 5+ years of experience focused on insurance coverage and complex litigation.
• In-depth knowledge of coverage issues under professional liability, general liability, and directors' and officers' insurance policies.
• Strong academic record with superior research and writing skills.
• Proven ability to handle high-stakes litigation independently.

Education and Certifications:
