A law firm seeks a mid-level banking associate to join its US banking and loan finance team in Denver. The team represents lenders, private equity sponsors, and companies in various lending transactions, including acquisition finance and asset-based lending.

Duties

• Work on a diverse portfolio of lending transactions for both borrowers and lenders.
• Engage in lines of credit, syndicated transactions, and direct lending deals.
• Participate in note purchase agreements, receivables, and equipment financings.
• Contribute to structured financing projects.

Requirements

• At least four years of relevant experience in bank financing transactions.
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective client interaction.
• Commitment to excellence and a collegial work environment.

Education

• Law degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Member of the Bar in the United States.

Skills

• Significant transactional experience in bank financing and UCC matters.
