The candidate should preferably have 5+ years of experience in employment law matters with a primary responsibility in drafting employee handbooks and workplace policies, including updating and maintenance of sample and template handbooks, workplace policies, separation and settlement agreements, investigation documentation, employment-related forms and customization of such documents for specific clients and jurisdictions. Should be skilled in drafting policies, procedures, forms and workflow materials, maintaining repositories of forms, templates and samples to assist with efficient drafting of documents. Strong academic and writing credentials along required. Must have State Bar admission in Pennsylvania.
