Duties

• Try cases before a judge/jury with oversight if needed.

Requirements

• Minimum five years of experience in Florida civil litigation.
• Familiarity with Florida Rules of Evidence and Civil Procedure.
• Billable hour requirement: 180 hours per month.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Florida.

Skills

• Strong leadership and client engagement abilities.
• Excellent drafting and deposition skills.
• Proficiency in trial proceedings and dispute resolution.
