A law firm seeks a junior associate to join its Real Estate Finance Practice Group in Seattle, WA. The ideal candidate will have two to six years of experience in real estate finance, including loan origination for large commercial transactions and asset management. Duties

• Manage loan origination for structured commercial real estate finance transactions.
• Handle mezzanine loans and preferred equity transactions.
• Oversee asset management and workout processes.
• Conduct transactions from inception through closing and post-closing.
• Engage in secondary market repurchase facility work and exit strategies.

Requirements

• Two to six years of broad real estate finance experience.
• Experience in large law firm settings preferred.
• Ability to navigate complex subject matter effectively.
• Team-oriented with ambition and drive to support practice growth.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Active bar admission in the jurisdiction of practice.
