Business Transactions Associate

The candidates should have three to five years of experience primarily in a commercial transactional practice – commercial real estate, mergers and acquisitions, debt finance and private equity/venture capital are all relevant areas of experience. Preferred candidates will have experience in drafting and negotiating transactional documentation and have the skills necessary to assist and ultimately take a lead role in a broad variety of commercial transactions. Candidates should also have excellent written and verbal communication ability and excellent academic credentials. Competitive compensation packet includes full benefits.
