A well-established AV-rated defense firm with over 35 years of experience is seeking Workers' Compensation Defense Attorneys to join its San Bernardino, California office. This is a full-time position with the flexibility of a remote or hybrid work environment. The firm is expanding its team and is open to both newly admitted attorneys and those with 1–5 years of relevant experience. A comprehensive training program is available to help attorneys develop strong litigation skills in California Workers' Compensation Law.

Duties

• Draft pleadings, legal briefs, and various forms of legal correspondence

• Conduct legal research and analysis related to workers' compensation law

• Represent clients in depositions, hearings, and negotiations

• Manage cases from intake through settlement or trial

• Maintain detailed documentation and case organization

• Collaborate with team members in a supportive and professional environment

Requirements

• 1 to 5 years of experience in workers' compensation defense or related legal field

• Willingness to develop litigation and case-handling skills

• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines

• Open to working remotely, in-office, or hybrid based on firm structure

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Active member in good standing with the State Bar of California
