The candidate will be working with teams of engineers, state-of-the-art machine learning experts from around the world, data scientists, marketing managers, and others to build technologies, systems and products that unlock the material inflection points in firm's advertising business. Will power the technologies that optimize advertising for all firm’sapps. Will help innovate and execute product initiatives across the company. Will have a comprehensive pulse on global laws and overall stance on topics of privacy, fairness, and others. Develop strategy on all topics related to Privacy and firm. Develop execution plans on all topics related to Privacy and Fairness. Manage a team of PM Leaders to innovate and execute product initiatives across the company. Must have 5+ years product management experience or advertising experience or bizops/product strategy experience. Should have 2+ years experience at consulting, technology or investment banking firm or 2+ years experience at an equity research firm or 2+ years experience in a public policy/legal field – e.g. law firm, clerkship, working for a government office, working at a think tank. Must have experience managing a team of 5 or more PMs for at least 2 years. Should have organizational and analytical experience. Must have BS/BA Computer Science/Math/Statistics. Should have Masters Degree or MBA or MPP or JD and AI, Machine Learning experience.
