Mid-level Structured Finance Associate Attorney

Profile

A law firm in Redwood City is seeking a skilled Mid-level Structured Finance Associate Attorney with a strong background in deal experience related to structured finance, lending, securitization, or similar finance structures. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of various asset types and structures. Admission to the State Bar is a prerequisite for this role.

Duties:

• Draft, review, and negotiate complex structured finance agreements and related documents.
• Provide legal counsel on matters related to lending, securitization, and other finance structures.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy and provide sound legal advice.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to develop legal strategies and solutions.
• Attend meetings, negotiations, and court proceedings as required.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to the State Bar.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in structured finance at a law firm.
• Proven track record of handling diverse asset types and structures.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Certifications:

State Bar Admission.
