Should be well organized, detail-oriented, and have strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively with various types of clients. Should be able to prepare probate/administration papers, and federal and NY estate tax returns, handle the marshaling of estate assets, and have proficiency in all other aspects of estate administration. Should demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent proficiency in Word, Outlook, and Excel is required. A paralegal certificate is a plus.
