A law firm seeks a senior-level attorney to join its General Liability and Construction litigation teams in Miami, Florida. The ideal candidate will possess trial experience and have at least five years of experience in one or both of these practice areas. Active membership in good standing with the Florida Bar is required.

Duties

• Represent clients in general liability and construction litigation cases.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
• Prepare for and attend trials and hearings.
• Collaborate with team members to develop case strategies.

Requirements

• Minimum of five years of experience in general liability or construction litigation.
• Active member in good standing of the Florida Bar.
• Proven trial experience.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree in Law.

Certifications

• Florida Bar License.
