Staff Accountant
The candidate will support the Controller. Reports to Firm Controller. Utilization of accounting system and time & billing system. Assist with monthly billing process. Posting of client expenses, client account reconciliations, running reports to capture prior month time & expenses not billed. Expense report and client expense management. Perform monthly account reconciliations and analysis. Manage accounts receivable, including sending monthly account statements and account collections. Assist with cash receipts processing. Manage accounts payable activities to ensure accuracy and timeliness of payments. Prepare and analyze fnancial statements and budget variance reports. Assist with annual budgeting process. Set up and maintain new customers in QuickBooks. Special projects as assigned.
