A prominent law firm is seeking a Litigation and/or Merger Control Associate to join its growing Antitrust & Competition Practice. This position is designed for a mid-level associate with at least two years of experience in antitrust matters, particularly in litigation or merger control. The role offers an opportunity to work on complex, high-impact legal matters with an experienced team across major U.S. markets.
Advise clients on U.S. and global antitrust regulations, particularly in merger control and competition compliance.
Represent clients in antitrust litigation, including class actions and government investigations.
Draft legal memoranda, briefs, motions, and regulatory filings.
Support clients through all stages of merger review, including HSR and international filings.
Collaborate with colleagues across offices to execute case strategies and deliver superior client service.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in antitrust litigation and/or merger control.
Experience with federal antitrust statutes and regulatory review processes.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Eligibility to work and practice law in the United States.
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited U.S. law school.
Active membership in good standing with the bar of the jurisdiction in which the applicant practices or plans to reside.
Strong understanding of U.S. and international antitrust legal frameworks.
Exceptional legal writing and oral advocacy abilities.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
