A prominent law firm is seeking a Litigation and/or Merger Control Associate to join its growing Antitrust & Competition Practice. This position is designed for a mid-level associate with at least two years of experience in antitrust matters, particularly in litigation or merger control. The role offers an opportunity to work on complex, high-impact legal matters with an experienced team across major U.S. markets.

Location

Duties

• Advise clients on U.S. and global antitrust regulations, particularly in merger control and competition compliance.

• Represent clients in antitrust litigation, including class actions and government investigations.

• Draft legal memoranda, briefs, motions, and regulatory filings.

• Support clients through all stages of merger review, including HSR and international filings.

• Collaborate with colleagues across offices to execute case strategies and deliver superior client service.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in antitrust litigation and/or merger control.

• Experience with federal antitrust statutes and regulatory review processes.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

• Eligibility to work and practice law in the United States.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited U.S. law school.

Certifications

• Active membership in good standing with the bar of the jurisdiction in which the applicant practices or plans to reside.
