Duties

• Independently draft and research complex motions and legal pleadings.
• Manage all phases of litigation.
• Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis.
• Maintain strong client communication.

Requirements

• J.D. degree.
• Active Oregon State Bar membership is required.
• Active Washington State Bar membership is a significant plus.
• Proven experience drafting motions independently.
• 3+ years of litigation experience, preferably in insurance law.
• Exceptional legal writing and analytical skills.

Education

• Doctor of Law (J.D.)

Certifications

• Oregon Bar License (Required)
• Washington License (Preferred)
