Duties

• Represent clients in landlord/tenant disputes and manage cases independently.
• Draft and review legal documents, conduct research, and participate in court proceedings.
• Provide strategic counsel to landlords, property managers, and business owners.
• Collaborate with the team to meet deadlines and exceed client expectations.
• Occasionally teach and present legal concepts to the public.

Requirements

• Licensed attorney in Washington State; candidates awaiting bar results with relevant experience may be considered.
• 0-5 years of experience in landlord/tenant law or real estate law preferred.
• Strong research, writing, organizational, and case management skills.
• Confidence in the courtroom and with clients.
• Positive, resourceful, and collaborative attitude.
• Comfortable with virtual court hearings and legal technology.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Washington State.
