Job Overview: A law firm is seeking a highly experienced and autonomous Senior Employment Single Action Attorney to join its team in Los Angeles, CA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employment litigation and be capable of leading a team while handling a significant caseload independently.

Duties:

• Carry own caseload with complete autonomy.
• Lead team of Associates, Paralegals, and Assistants.
• Fight against employers in trials and litigation.
• Develop legal strategies for favorable case resolutions.
• Take and run depositions and meet and confers.
• Conduct ADR mediations and negotiations.
• Develop and deliver arguments in employment matters.

Requirements:

• Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.
• 7 years of experience specializing in employment litigation.
• Superior analytical and legal research skills.
• Experience as Lead Attorney for FEHA matters.
• Ability to think creatively and strategically.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the State Bar of California.

Skills:

• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in legal software and research tools.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on client satisfaction.
