Requirements:

• 4-6 years of experience practicing law with a focus on antitrust matters.
• Admission to the Washington, D.C. Bar or eligibility to waive into the D.C. Bar.
• Strong understanding of antitrust laws and regulations.
• Proven track record of handling antitrust merger-related investigations and litigation.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
