The candidate should have 3-5 years of experience and interest in North Carolina workers' compensation litigation. Must have excellent written and oral advocacy skills; provide top-notch client service; have experience with hearings, depositions, and mediations in the field; plus, enjoy working in a team environment where self-starters excel. Should have demonstrated the ability to maintain effective working relationships. Knowledge of case law and civil procedure is required. Demonstrating the ability to analyze complex facts and evidence is a must. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Office Suite; excellent client service or interpersonal skills; excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to work under pressure and handle conflicting priorities; ability to maintain confidential information; ability to work independently, and as part of a team, using initiative in all aspects of assignments; excellent time management skills; strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
