Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and draft legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests, ensuring precision and compliance with relevant laws.
• Engage in extensive legal research to support case arguments and provide insightful counsel to clients.
• Participate in settlement negotiations and mediations to resolve disputes amicably when possible.
• Appear in court for hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings, advocating zealously for clients’ interests.

Requirements

• A minimum of five years of experience in civil litigation, with a strong understanding of Colorado law.

Education and Certifications
