Duties

• Manage corporate governance matters and exchange listing requirements.
• Provide guidance on public and investor communications, including Regulation FD compliance.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in securities, capital markets, and transactional matters.
• Solid experience advising public companies on securities law.
• Must be barred in Virginia.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active bar membership in Virginia.
