A law firm seeks a litigation associate with four to seven years of experience to join its Washington, D.C. office. The ideal candidate will have significant litigation experience, including drafting high-quality legal documents and managing litigation or regulatory enforcement matters. Trial or arbitration experience is preferred, as is experience with federal agencies.

Duties

• Draft motions, briefs, and memoranda with precision.
• Oversee complex discovery projects effectively.
• Manage and mentor junior associates.
• Engage in litigation involving federal government agencies.

Requirements

• Minimum of four years of litigation experience, preferably in a law firm.
• Proven ability to produce stellar legal work.
• Experience in managing complex legal projects.
• Prior experience with or against federal agencies is advantageous.
• Strong team collaboration skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
