Duties:

• Represent clients in criminal defense cases, ensuring the best possible outcomes
• Provide zealous advocacy and expert legal guidance throughout the entire case process
• Collaborate closely with a team of top-tier attorneys and legal professionals
• Maintain case files, document progress, and ensure compliance with all legal procedures
• Participate in strategy sessions and contribute to case development
• Engage in client communication, offering personalized service to ensure satisfaction and clarity throughout proceedings
• Stay current on new criminal defense strategies, case law, and legal trends
• Manage a caseload efficiently, ensuring timely resolution of all cases

Requirements:

• 10 years of experience practicing criminal defense law
• An active member of the California State Bar
• Proven track record of success in criminal defense cases
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Strong analytical, research, and negotiation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Committed to providing exceptional service to clients

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active and in good standing with the California State Bar

Skills:

• Expertise in criminal defense law
• Strong advocacy and litigation skills
• Ability to manage a high volume of cases and deadlines
• Proficiency with legal research tools and case management software
