The candidate will be negotiating, structuring, and drafting customer contracts and leases, as well as various other transactional matters and agreements as needed. Will be assisting with a variety of other legal functions such as loans, joint ventures, acquisitions, construction, real estate, intellectual property protection, tax abatements, litigation, etc. Assisting with legal and regulatory compliance. Performing a broad range of legal matters and general business matters based on the needs of the company, as may be assigned by the General Counsel.
