• Duties
• Collaborates with clients and inventors at all stages of the patent process
• Prepares and files patent applications
• Conducts freedom-to-operate and patentability analysis
• Assists in other responsibilities or projects as needed

• Requirements
• 3-5 years of patent prosecution experience
• Admitted to or eligible for admission in Massachusetts or New York
• Admitted to the USPTO

• Education
• Ph.D. in organic chemistry, biochemistry, or a related field
• JD from an ABA-accredited law school

• Certifications
• Admitted to the USPTO

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to stay organized and exercise extreme attention to detail
• Ability to collaborate and work effectively in team settings
