Duties

• Prepare and review gift, estate, and fiduciary income tax returns.
• Conduct tax research and assist with charitable planning.

Requirements

• 17 years of experience in Trusts and Estates and administration.
• Experience with high net worth individuals and families.
• TX Bar admission or willingness to become admitted.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
• LL.M. in Taxation or Estate Planning preferred.

Certifications

• TX Bar admission.
