Duties:

• Conduct real estate closings and facilitate smooth transaction execution

• Collaborate with lenders, buyers, sellers, and title companies throughout the closing process

• Review title searches and handle title curative tasks as needed

• Draft, review, and finalize closing documents

• Assist and guide closing support staff to ensure process efficiency

• Maintain regular communication with all transaction stakeholders

• Participate in marketing initiatives and relationship-building with referral sources

• Serve as a legal representative at closing meetings

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of hands-on experience managing residential real estate closings

• Proven understanding of title review, curative issues, and investor-based closings

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple files with accuracy

• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset

• Prior exposure to client service environments or interest in legal practice management is a plus

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active membership in good standing with the Georgia State Bar.

Skills:

• Deep understanding of Georgia real estate closing procedures

• Familiarity with title insurance, underwriting, and post-closing documentation

• Excellent legal drafting and communication skills

• Proficiency in handling closings from inception to post-funding

• Capable of business development and fostering external partnerships
